| Churmi Ladoo
Ingredients:
1. 2 Pav Wheat Flour
2. 2 pav Peethi Sakar (Powdered Sugar)
3. 6 tbsps Ghee
4. 10 gms raisins
5. Cardamom powder (approx. 4 pods)
Method
1. Fry the raisins in 1 tbsp ghee and keep aside
2. Pour 2 tbsp ghee into the pan and roast the wheat
flour with it till it smells. After which add the remaining
ghee and the cardamom powder and roast for some more
time till it turns brown, then remove from the flame.
3. Mix the sugar (powdered) and raisins to the flour
and let it cool
4. Once the mixture is cooled make laddus of the same.
Besan laddus can be prepared in the similar way.
