| Coriander Chutney
Ingredients:
1. 1 bunch coriander leaves
2. 2-3 tbsp coconut
3. 2 green chillies
4. 2-3 dry red chillies, roasted
5. A small piece ginger
6. 2-3 garlic flakes
7. 1 small onion
8. Juice of 1/2 a lemon
9. Salt to taste
Method
1. Blend all the above to a smooth paste adding a little
water.
2. Can be refrigerated for about 1-2 days.
