NLP: 7 steps to Get the Body You Deserve.
You deserve to have a beautiful body. You deserve to
be happy and feel great about yourself. This is actually
your birthright. Your contribution to the world is important
and being happy, slender and feeling great about yourself
is part of the game.
Follow this 7 step program to get the body that you
truly deserve.
1. Increase the level of your self esteem. A lot of
people don't understand that this is the key. You have
to
increase the level of your self-esteem to be able to
get in good shape and reach perfect health. 90% of people
who have weight problem have low self-esteem.
2. Learn to love yourself. Go a step further; now that
you think and feel good about yourself, I want you to
fall in love with yourself, unconditionally. This is
not arrogance. This is knowing exactly who you are and
radiating this energy all around you.
3. Learn to be happy. Your subconscious mind primary
job is to keep you happy. Happiness is the primary purpose
of this life. Extensive research shows that less than
15% of us are really happy with the quality of life
that we are experiencing meaning 85% are not. Learn
to be happy, it's only a state of mind.
4. See yourself slender. The way you see yourself impacts
the way you think, feel and act. Make a mental picture
of yourself already slim and fit and contemplate this
picture of you. Notice your feelings while contemplating.
5. Eat like a slim and fit person would eat. Eat balanced
meals. No fast food please. If you knew what is inside
those hamburgers, you would be disgusted, I can assure
you.
6. Exercise 3 times a week for 20 minutes each time.
Exercise is vital. So many people want to take expensive
pills that cost them a fortune. At the same time, they
wonder how they are going to pay the rent or the mortgage.
Get rid of these pills and go exercise: biking, jogging
and walking are free or inexpensive ways to exercise
and keep yourself healthy.
7. Learn how to provide correct nutrition for your
body. Good nutrition will be provided to you when you
eat
balanced meals. Try to eat more organic food or food
that comes from a farm directly.
Follow this 7 step-program and you will never have
to worry about your weight again. Of course, everybody
deviate one day or another. But refocus and stay on
track.
