2007 in a nutshell:

Hire a cleaning lady! You don't like living in a messy space, but you'll be so busy at work, you might not feel like dedicating your weekends to scrubbing the bathroom or vacuuming up all those dog hairs in your living room. A big pay rise could tempt you to plunk down a big deposit on your own place and be a proud mortgage holding member of society. Make sure you can afford it even if you lose your job and have to take one that doesn't pay you the big bucks - unless you have an iron clad contract that is.
