PMA, Hypnosis And Achieving Your Desires
Hypnosis is the fastest way to a PMA! PMA is an abbreviation
of Positive Mental Attitude. Anyone who is familiar
with my writings will be aware that I stress the importance
of focus! You always get more of what you focus on!
The results you experience in life and the life experiences
that you have are all due to how you use you attention
and focus. Therefore it is vitally important that you
create and maintain a positive mental attitude regarding
the things you want in life. Hypnosis is the fastest
way to do it!
So exactly how can you achieve success through a positive
mental attitude and more importantly how can you develop
one effortlessly?
Well, the mind is only creative. You are a creator.
You have created everything in your life and are creating
your future with every passing moment and thought. The
thoughts and feelings that you project out into the
world come back to you magnified in the form of life
experiences, physical objects and even people. Whatever
you think and feel will become real to you. It is important
to realise then that your thoughts and feelings are
what constitutes your attitude.
Many people read books, take courses and search for
the major part of their lives for the secret to this
thing called "demonstration" or "manifestation".
They strive to learn the best techniques and practises
that will allow them to deliberately create the life
the have always dreamed of. What these people fail to
realise is that they are already experts at "demonstration".
They are already creating their life and it is a perfect
representation of their attitude and inner mind-set.
They are demonstrating right at this very moment, as
are you!
Unfortunately many times it is almost impossible for
you to see your own negative habits of thought and feeling.
This thoughts and feelings run on automatic and therefore
you create your life automatically and your "demonstration"
becomes subconsciously guided.
Therefore, if most of your "demonstration"
is done subconsciously how can you identify your attitude
(so you can change it) as it relates to certain areas
of your life that you wish to change?
Well, its simple and I am going to show you how.
Take a good look around you. Everything you see is
your demonstration. Everything that is in your life
is there because you attracted it. Your attitude towards
any subject determines how your life is in that area.
If you see things that you like you may wish to keep
them but if there are things that you do not like then
all you need to do is change how you think and feel
about them and they too will change. Achieving success
through a positive mental attitude is just as easy as
experiencing failure. It is your attitude that determines
which one you experience. The only reason that you believe
experiencing success is hard and that experiencing failure
is easy is due to your mental conditioning.
By changing your conditioning you will change your
attitude. By changing your attitude you will change
the results you get in life. You must begin to direct
your thoughts and feelings in the direction of the things
you want. In order to do this you have to alter your
internal dialogue ' the way in which you speak to yourself
throughout the day. The quickest way to do this is through
hypnosis.
Here is a simple exercise that will show you in what
areas of your life you need to change your attitude.
This exercise is extremely powerful, easy and fun to
do, please do not be fooled by its simplicity, it can
and will change your life if you use it!
Take a pen and a small pocket notebook and jot down
all the things that you are happy or, at least, satisfied
with in your life. It could be your relationships, your
finances, your career, your family your health or anything
that you feel is perfect as it is.
Pick one area. Pick the one that you are most satisfied
or happy with. Look at why you are satisfied or happy
with this area and write down your feelings and thoughts
about it.
Now, over the next day place a tick in your notebook
every time you think about this area during your day.
Beside it write a small description of how you feel
and what you just thought. It doesn't have to be War
and Peace just a simple descriptive line or two.
Now the following day take your notebook again and
write down everything that is not working in your life.
Note all those areas that you are dissatisfied with
and then pick the most important one. You should feel
that if this area where to change then you feel that
your life would be happier and more on track.
Now look at why you are dissatisfied with this area
and write down your complaints. Again over the length
of this day place a tick in your notebook every time
you think about this area during your day. Beside it
write a small description of how you feel and what you
just thought.
At the end of this day take out your notebook and compare
the two areas of your life. You may be very surprised
at the difference in your thoughts and feelings. You
may very well find that the area that is not working
well is the area you thought about most. Read the notes
of how you felt and what you thought when you were focused
on the "good" area and how you felt and what
you thought when you were focused on the "bad"
area. This will highlight your attitude in both these
areas of your life and will show you what thoughts and
feelings you need to work on in order to change the
"bad" area into a good one!
Once you have identified your attitude and where it
needs changed it is just a matter of seeking out the
correct hypnosis session to eliminate the unwanted thoughts
and feelings and replace them with positive thoughts
and emotions. It can be that simple to change your life!
