Visio Diagrams
If your screen space in Microsoft Visio® 2002 is
too small to view your entire Visio drawing, press F5
to view the drawing in a full screen.
If you have a Microsoft IntelliMouse®, you can
use the wheel to zoom in and out of the drawing.
Add Attractive Backgrounds to Visio Diagrams
A nice background image can add life to an otherwise
dull diagram. In Visio Professional 2002, you can select
from a range of attractive designs. Here's how:
- Open a diagram in Visio.
- On the File menu, point to Stencils , then to Visio
Extras , and click Backgrounds .
- Drag the background design you want onto your drawing
page.
- Click Yes when Visio asks if you want the shape
to be the background image for the page.
Editor's Note: You can also apply a color scheme
to your background. Right-click the drawing page, and
then click Color Schemes . Click a color scheme, and
then click Apply to see how the colors look. When you
find one you like, click OK .
