(Tarbooz): one cannot think of a hot summer without
the hydrating and refreshing effect of the watermelon.
When the hot sun shines mercilessly in the months of
May and June, these big, green fruit start showing up
at every street corner and market. It contains iron,
vitamin A, C and B complex. Sometimes streaked with
white, watermelon is green with a bright red or dark
pink pulp. Even its seeds can be eaten. Some people
even use the seeds while cooking vegetables.
